Paper & Presentation Submission

For all abstracts that have been accepted either for oral or for poster presentation you will find detailed information on this page.

It is very recommended to read the guidelines in the download section below!

• Submission of updated Abstract: Now closed!
• Submission of Presentation: Closed. If you have an update of your presentation or havn’t uploaded your presentation at all, please bring it on a USB memory stick directly to the conference venue a few minutes before the start of the session. Submissions via Email will not be accepted. Thank you!

The upload of a presentation applies to speakers only, not to poster presenters! The other documents are mandatory for speakers and poster presenters.

As a speaker or poster presenter you are eligible for a special reduced registration fee as long as you register by 30 September 2016!
