Getting to Aarhus

The city of Aarhus is connected to two international airports - Aarhus Airport (60 minutes) and Billund Airport (80 minutes). Check with different international and national Danish airlines for seat capacities.

Aarhus can also reached by train, car, bus and ferry.

The main Aarhus train station (Aarhus H) is located at walking distance to the workshop venue Scandinavian Congress Centre/Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Aarhus.

Please note: The journey by train from Copenhagen airport to Aarhus H train station takes approx. 3 hours, the flight from Copenhagen to Billund 45 min plus a bus journey of 1:15 h which amounts to an almost similar travel time.

The Airport Shuttle Bus to/from Billund Airport starts/stops in front of the hotel, bus line 913X at the Central Railway station.

The travel time from Billund to Aarhus approx. 1 hour. One-way fare from Billund is DKK 180 (convert from DKK to EUR).

Tickets are sold on the bus. Most foreign currencies and credit card are accepted.

Parking facilities
