Aarhus offers a wide range of hotel accommodations. We have blocked contingents of rooms for conference delegates at preferential rates (23-28 October, 2011) here:

1. Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Aarhus (workshop venue)

Situated in the heart of Aarhus - the geographic centre of Denmark - the hotel offers 234 rooms and suites overlook the city centre and provide luxury amenities, such as Free high-speed Internet and access to the on-site Equinox fitness centre. This Aarhus hotel also offers two restaurants, a bar and lounge area, modern meeting and event facilities, and on-site car park.

2. City Hotel Oasia

City Hotel Oasia is located in one of the city's old historic buildings. In 2007 it was completely renovated and is Aarhus' newest design hotel today. The hotel is located in Aarhus City with a comfortable distance from the workshop venue, trains, buses and Airport shuttles from both Aarhus and Billund airports, which all can be reached within a few minutes by foot.

3. Scandic Plaza Aarhus

The Scandic Plaza Hotel Aarhus is situated in the heart of Aarhus. The hotel is encircled by the Music Hall, the City Hall and the beautiful City Hall Park and with only a few minutes walk to the workshop venue and the airport shuttle, the Central Station and Aarhus Harbour. The rooms were renovated in 2008.
