The full paper and the scanned copyright form must be submitted
by the deadlines mentioned below - No extension possible!
Paper and copyright submission: follow this link to the paper and copyright file upload (available as of July 15th through September 15th, 2012)
- The access/sign in-data for the paper upload are the same as you used for the abstract submission.
- To upload a paper, click the upload icon on the submission platform.
- You are free to upload various versions of your papers or delete submitted papers until the end of the submission period on September 15th, 2012.
- Please upload also the copyright form.

PAPER TEMPLATES
Please use the .doc template for the paper which is based on the IEEE PES paper template but in the paper format of DIN A4 [Download - DOC]
ORTHOGRAPHIC NOTE OF THE EDITOR: When referring to "MODELLING/MODELING" we kindly ask you to use the British spelling MODELLING (double LL) in order to harmonise the different versions for the printed proceedings.
Data format: Word (.doc /.docx A4) or PDF (600 dpi, open/without security restrictions) / images need to be of sufficient quality for printing

REGISTRATION
- You must register for the workshop on www.windintegrationworkshop.org/registration.html
- As a speaker or poster presenter you are eligible for a special reduced registration fee as long as you register before September 16, 2012.
- Only one author per paper can register as a poster presenter
- Please indicate your paper number in the registration (see notification email for your paper number)
- In case you already registered, please get in contact with the organizing committee so that we can change your registration type to 'speaker' or 'poster presenter'
IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED FOR THE WORKSHOP OR SUBMITTED YOUR PAPER WITHIN THE ABOVE DEFINED DEADLINES WE WILL REMOVE YOUR CONTRIBUTION FROM THE PROGRAM.
