Paper Submission

General information

All paper submissions should be based on the .doc template [DOC, download] which is based on the IEEE PES paper template but in the paper format of A4.

Data format: Word (.doc / .docx A4) or PDF (600 dpi, open/without security restrictions) / images need to be of sufficient quality for printing.

Every paper submission should be accompanied by the signed and scanned copyright form [PDF, download].

Papers admitted for poster presentation

The full paper must be submitted by August 1, 2010.
Maximum number of pages: 6

Papers admitted for oral presentation

The full paper must be submitted before August 15, 2010.
Maximum number of pages: 8


ISBN-Number

The workshop proceedings of the 9th International Workshop on Large-Scale Integration of Wind Power into Power Systems as well as on Transmission Networks for Offshore Wind Power Plants, Québec City, Canada 2010 will be published under ISBN 978-3-9813870-2-5.


Registration

Oral and poster presenters must register for the workshop. Speakers and poster presenters are eligable for special reduced registration fees as long as they register before the designated deadlines. To register, please use the online registration on www.windintegrationworkshop.org/registration.html.

  • Only one author per paper can register as a speaker
  • The paper number in the registration
